Jen has over 20 years of experience in executive search. Her background encompasses global executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent acquisition structuring expertise. Before joining Sterling James, Jen led and managed Reed Jones Partners – a boutique executive search firm. Her previous executive search experience includes roles with Heidrick & Struggles, CTPartners and Korn/Ferry International. Additionally, strategic Talent Acquisition responsibilities within major financial services companies was the foundation of her success where she led campus recruitment initiatives for top tier Wall Street banking firms. Jen is a graduate of Smith College.
