Erin Hamrick, APIW’s Insurance Woman of the Year for 2016, reflects on how work in the military and playing golf have influenced her career and offers a modest proposal for insurers to consider in moving toward a goal of recruiting more women to the industry and ultimately moving them into positions of leadership.
